The Community Circle (TCC) was developed through a collaboration of partnering advocacy groups and community service agencies in order to confront the issue of poverty in Yavapai County. By identifying community resources and establishing online access to information, TCC brings together a coordinated team approach in order to assist families and individuals in creating productive, self-sufficient lifestyles.
